高校实验室管理方法改革探索

Exploration on the Reform of Laboratory Management in Colleges and Universities

随着当前社会对实践创新人才的需求,高校在培养人才方面更加侧重实践教学的培养,这就对实验室发展提出了更高的要求。本文分析了当前高校实验室管理存在的一些问题,并从开放实验室、实验室管理体制、实验室队伍建设方面提出了一些改革建议。通过改革提高高校实验室的管理水平和设备利用率,为高校在校生提供实践平台,提高学生创新创造能力。

With the current social demand for practical and innovative talents,colleges and universities pay more attention to the cultivation of practical teaching,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of laboratories. This paper analyses some problems existing in the management of laboratories in colleges and universities,and puts forward some reform proposals from the aspects of opening laboratories,laboratory management system and laboratory team building. Through the reform,we can improve the management level and equipment utilization rate of university laboratories,provide practical platform for college students,and improve students' innovative and creative ability.
