对湖(库)不同深度下五日生化需氧量含量变化的研究

摘要 五日生化需氧量(BOD5)是一种表示水体中可被微生物氧化的物质的含量,是衡量水中有机物含量的重要参数。以尼尔基水库水样为研究样本,研究了自然水体湖(库)不同深度下BOD5含量随水深的变化趋势。研究表明:自然水体中,湖(库)的BOD5含量随深度的增加而降低。 The Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5) is an important parameter to measure the content of organic matter in water.The BOD5 is a parameter that indicates the substance that can be oxidized by microorganisms in a water body. In this study, Nierji Reservoir was used as a sample to study the variation trend of BOD5 content with water depth at different depths of natural water lake and reservoir. Studies have shown that in natural waters, the BOD5 content of lakes and reservoir decreases with increasing depth.
