摘要
本工程污水有机物含量较高,污水的处理主要围绕降解去除有机污染物与降低投资费用,采用“物化+生化”法,污水排放总量大约50m^3/d。主要构筑物与设计参数为:调节池停留时间为4h,气浮池停留时间为0.5h;有效容积为24m^3。水解酸化池有效容积为72m^3,总停留时间为8h,结构尺寸为6m×4m×3m,填料高度为2.5m。好氧池有效容积为72m^3,总停留时间为8h,结构尺寸为6m×4m×3m。接触氧化池有效容积为72m^3,总停留时间为8h,结构尺寸为6m×4m×3m,填料高度为2.5m。二沉池有效容积为27m^3,停留时间为2h,结构尺寸为3m×3m×3m。项目总投资68.7万元,污水日常运行费用1.49元/m^3。正常运行后达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准。
The organic content of sewage in food processing project is high, the purpose of sewage treatment is to degrade and remove organic pollutants and reduce investment costs. We used "materialized + biochemical" method, the total sewage discharge was about 50 cubic meters/day, the main structure and design parameters were: adjustment pool residence time: 4h;air floating pool residence time: 0.5h, effective volume: 24m^3;effective volume of hydrolyzed acidizing pool: 72m^3, total residence time: 8h, structural size: 6m×4m×3m, filler height: 2.5m;effective volume of aerobic pool: 72m^3, total residence time: 8h, structural size: 6m× 4m×3m;effective volume of contact o×idation pool: 72m^3, total residence time: 8h, structural dimensions: 6m×4m×3m, filler height: 2.5m;effective volume of second sink pool: 27m^3, residence time: 2h, structure size: 3m×3m×3m. The total investment of the project was 687, 000 yuan, the daily operation cost of sewage was 1.49yuan/cubic meter. In normal operation condition quality of treated wastewater could meet the first degree standard of " Integrated wastewater discharge standard'*(GB8978-1996)?
