肿瘤科常见护理缺失项目及影响因素的质性分析

Qualitative analysis of common nursing neglect items and influencing factors in oncology department

目的了解肿瘤科临床护理人员常见的护理缺失项目及影响因素,为探讨有效的干预策略提供参考.方法采用半结构访谈法,对肿瘤科室临床护理人员25名进行深入访谈,所得资料使用Colaizzi现象学资料7步分析法提炼内容.结果肿瘤科护士对护理缺失的概念及不良后果的认知欠缺.肿瘤科常见的护理缺失项目共提取5个主题,其中,协助患者翻身、健康教育和手卫生是肿瘤科护士较频繁的护理缺失项目,护理缺失影响因素提取到5个主题,最主要的影响因素是护理人力资源不足和工作量大.结论要提高对护理缺失重视,明确常见缺失项目和影响因素,以便探讨有效的干预措施,提高肿瘤科护理服务质量,优化患者就医体验.

Objective To understand the common nursing deficiency items and influencing factors of clinical nurses in oncology department, and to provide reference for the discussion of effective intervention strategies. Methods The semi-structured interview method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 25 clinical nurses in oncology department. The obtained datas were extracted by the 7-step analysis method of Colaizzi phenomenological data. Results Oncology nurses were lack of the acknowledge about concept and negtive effects of missed nursing care. Five themes were extracted from the common nursing neglect projects in the oncology department, among which, assisting patients to turn over, health education and hand hygiene were frequent nursing neglect projects of oncology nurses, and the influencing factors of nursing neglect were extracted to five themes. The most important influencing factors were insufficient nursing human resources and large workload. Conclusions Nursing staff should pay more attention to the lack of nursing, identify the common lack of items and influencing factors, so as to explore effective intervention measures, improve the quality of oncology nursing service, optimize the patientˊs medical experience.
