层级护理干预对重症监护室患者医院感染控制的作用

Effect of hierarchical nursing intervention on nosocomial infection control of patients in intensive care unit

目的探讨层级护理干预对重症监护室(ICU)患者医院感染控制的作用.方法选取2014年3月~2017年5月在该院ICU住院治疗的患者150例,将所有患者按不同的护理方法将其分为对照组和研究组,各75例.对照组患者在临床治疗上予以常规ICU护理干预,研究组患者予以层级护理干预,两组患者均护理干预4周,比较两组患者护理质量评分、感染症状评分及感染控制情况,并记录两组患者对护理的满意度.结果研究组患者护理质量评分明显高于对照组患者,感染症状评分明显高于对照组患者,感染控制率明显高于对照组患者,护理总满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论对ICU患者实施层级护理措施可有效提高护理质量,显著提高医院感染控制效果,且更易被患者所接受,可作为ICU患者首选的护理模式.

Objective To investigate the impact of hierarchical nursing intervention on nosocomial infection control in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 150 patients hospitalized in ICU of this hospital from March 2014 to May 2017 were selected.According to the different nursing methods in the data,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,75 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine ICU nursing intervention in clinical treatment.Patients in the study group were given hierarchical nursing intervention.Two groups of patients were nursing intervention for 4 weeks.The nursing quality scores,infection symptom scores and infection control status of patients in the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction of patients in the two groups was recorded.Results The nursing quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the infection symptom score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the infection control rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing measures for ICU patients can effectively improve the quality of care,significantly improve the effect of nosocomial infection control,and more easily accepted by patients,which can be the preferred nursing mode for ICU patients.
