综合护理对脑外科护理中患者的并发症及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on complications and quality of life of patients in brain surgery

目的探讨综合护理对脑外科护理中患者的并发症及生活质量的影响.方法选取该院2016年8月~2017年9月收治的脑外科患者82例,将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各41例.对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者采用综合护理,比较两组患者的并发症发生率、生活质量及满意度.结果试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑外科护理中实施综合护理可以明显减少并发症发生,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者满意度.

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the complications and(juality of life of patients in brain surgery.Methods A total of 82 cases of brain surgery patients admitted from August 2016 to September 2017 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,41 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the experimental group were given com?prehensive care.The incidence of complications,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The(juality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the d if fere nee was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the coritrol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing in the nursing of brain surgery can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
