重症监护室实施护理风险管理的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Implementing Nursing Risk Management in Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)实施护理风险管理的价值。方法2017年1—12月该院ICU常规护理时段作为对照组,2018年1—12月ICU实施风险管理时段作为观察组,对照组常规ICU护理,观察组实施风险管理:设立风险管理小组、重视对护理人员技能培训、制定风险预案、完善风险管理制度、弹性安排班次、加强护理物品设备及护理记录管理、定期对安全隐患进行排查。结果观察组风险意识(96.26±1.34)分、服务态度(97.16±1.20)分、行为规范(95.22±2.42)分、应急能力(94.18±3.17)分、护理满意度98.78%均高于对照组(88.27±6.90)分、(90.26±4.28)分、(88.29±8.26)分、(89.28±5.2)分、91.25%(P<0.05);观察组不良事件3.66%低于对照组的12.50%(P<0.05)。结论对ICU进行护理风险护理,可在很大程度上使护理风险得到有效控制,从而可有效促进患者的康复。

Objective To explore the value of intensive care unit(ICU) in implementing nursing risk management. Methods From January to December 2017,ICU routine nursing time in our hospital was used as the control group. From January to December 2018,the ICU implemented the risk management period as the observation group,the control group used the routine ICU nursing,and the observation group implemented the risk management: establishing risk management team,attaching importance to nursing staff skills training,formulating risk plans,improving risk management system,flexibly arranging shifts,strengthening the management of nursing equipment and nursing records,and regularly checking for potential safety hazards. Results The risk awareness (96.26±1.34)points,service attitude (97.16±1.20)points,behavioral norms (95.22±2.42)points,emergency response ability (94.18±3.17)points,and nursing satisfaction rate of 98.78% were higher in the observation group than in the control group (88.27±6.90)points,(90.26±4.28)points,(88.29±8.26)points,(89.28±5.2)points,91.25%(P<0.05);3.66% of the adverse events in the observation group were lower than 12.50% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk care for ICU can largely control the risk of care,which can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
