摘要
目的探讨中药质量规范化管理在中药房管理中的应用效果。方法2016年3月—2018年11月选取126例中药治疗患者,随机分为两组各63例,对照组采用常规药学管理,观察组采用中药质量规范化管理,参与研究的20名中药房药师,比较应用效果。结果观察组药师药房工作质量评分高于对照组,患者药学服务满意度(95.24%)高于对照组(82.54%)(P<0.05)。结论在中药房管理中应用中药质量规范化管理可有效提高药房工作质量,提升患者药学服务满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine in the management of Chinese pharmacy. Methods A total of 126 patients with traditional Chinese medicine from March 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional pharmacy. The observation group used standardized quality management of traditional Chinese medicine. 20 Chinese pharmacists who participated in the study to compare the effects. Results The work quality score of the pharmacist in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The satisfaction of pharmacy service(95.24%) was higher than that of the control group (82.54%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine in the management of Chinese pharmacies can effectively improve the quality of pharmacy work and improve the satisfaction of patients' pharmaceutical services.
