摘要
实习是护理学生必经的阶段,是学校教育与就业的衔接,实习医院必须重视实习生带教模式的创新,帮助实习生尽快适应工作岗位。为此,该文以医院优秀护理文化为引领,借鉴Denison组织文化理论探讨实习生医院护理文化的教育,积极探索护理实习生培养的途径与方法,对护理学生的成长和成才具有积极的价值。
Internship is the inevitable stage of nursing students. It is the connection between school education and employment. Internship hospitals must pay attention to the innovation of interns' teaching mode and help interns adapt to their jobs as soon as possible. To this end,this article takes the hospital's excellent nursing culture as the guide,draws on the Denison organizational culture theory to explore the education of the intern hospital nursing culture,and actively explores the ways and methods of nursing interns training,which has positive value for the growth and success of nursing students.
