摘要
随着我国职业教育的迅速发展,高职高专学生和教师的技能水平已经成为职业教育发展的试金石。文章以职业院校护理专业教师教学能力大赛的举办为契机,结合参赛教师在备赛期间准备、比赛过程中的感受以及赛后的反思等3个方面进行了分析,促使今后教学更加贴近临床,贴近岗位,贴近于服务对象。
With the rapid development of vocational education in China,the skill level of students and teachers in higher vocational colleges has become the touchstone of the development of vocational education. The article takes the opportunity of holding the teaching ability contest of nursing professional teachers in vocational colleges. The preparations during the competition,the feelings during the competition and the reflection after the game were analyzed,which prompted the teaching to be closer to the clinic,close to the post and close to the client.
