基于GIS土地利用总体规划数据库系统设计的研究

A Research on Design of Land Use General Planning Database System Based on GIS

目的基于地理信息系统土地利用总体规划数据库系统设计的思考,对地理信息系统在实现土地利用规划成果的妥善处理以及提高土地的利用率两个方面起到的作用展开研究。方法以某县城土地利用总体规划问题为研究对象,从系统设计的原则、主要目标、模块设置、系统硬件设计和系统模块设计几个方面入手,对基于GIS下土地利用总体规划数据库系统的设计展开分析。结果通过对系统的实际应用进行讨论,对系统关键技术的实现过程做出研究。结论基于GIS下土地利用总体规划数据库系统的理论、方法与技术,在土地适宜性评价、土地人口承载力系统以及土地利用优化配置系统中应用均取得了不错的成效。

Objective Based on the consideration of the design of the database system of general land use planning under GIS,this paper discusses the function of GIS in two aspects:the proper treatment of land use planning results and the improvement of land use efficiency. Methods Guided by the general land use planning of a county,this paper analyses the design of the database system of general land use planning based on GIS from the aspects of system design principles,main objectives,module settings,system hardware design and system module design. Results Through the discussion of the practical application of the system,the realization process of the key technology of the system is considered. Conclusion Based on the theory,method and technology of the database system of general land use planning under GIS,this design has good results in land suitability evaluation,land population carrying capacity system and land use optimal allocation system.
