摘要
本文分析历年来美国教师流失情况的调查数据,指出了美国教师离职现象的特征,探寻了影响教师离职的因素。本文回顾了以往用于解释教师流失现象的传统人力资本理论,结合调查数据指出其漏洞,并在此基础上进一步考虑到了教师获取信息的问题,提出了新的理论假设,给出了建议。
This paper analyzes the survey data of the teachers attrition in the United States over the years, points out the characteristics of the teacher turnover in the United States, and explores the factors that affect the teacher’s turnover. We reviews the traditional human capital theory used to explain teacher attrition, and points out the loopholes according to the survey data. On this basis, it further considers the problem of teachers’ access to information, puts forward new theoretical hypotheses, and gives suggestions.
