The Logical Connotation, International Comparison and Path Choice of Accelerating the Construction of Modern Economic System

建设现代化经济体系作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的集中体现,是党中央从党和国家事业全局出发,紧扣新时代矛盾变化、营造经济新动能成长环境、适应国际新形势竞争要求而作出的重大决策部署。本文通过阐释建设现代化经济体系的科学内涵,在总结20世纪中后期美日德三国建设现代化经济体系、引导本国经济转型升级、实现高质量发展的实践经验的基础上,根据我国实际情况进一步提出包括完善社会主义市场经济制度、夯实经济体系产业基础、转换经济体系内生增长动力、提高经济体系资源配置效率和强化经济体系人才支撑在内的,以供给侧结构性改革为主线建设现代化经济体系的对策建议。

As a concentrated expression of Xi Jin-ping's economic thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, building a modern economic system is a major decision making by Party Central Committee while starting from the overall situation of the party and the state, closely following the contradictions and changes in the new era, creating a new enviéronment for economic growth, and adapting to the requirements of the international new situation. By interpreting the scientific connotation of building a modern economic system, on the basis of summarizing the practical experience of the three countries including US, Japan and Germany in the middle and late 20 th century in building a modernized economic system, guiding the transformation and upgrading of the country's economy and achieving high-quality development, according to the actual situation in China, this paper proposes to improve the socialist market economic system, consolidate the industrial base of the economic system, transform the endogenous growth momentum of the economic system, improve the efficiency of resource allocation in the economic system, strengthen the support of talents in the economic system and puts forward suggestions for the construction of a modern economic system when using the supply-side structural reform as the main line.
