摘要
为研究不同品种小黑麦抗低氮胁迫能力,以7个品种小黑麦幼苗为试验材料,通过正常供氮和低氮胁迫两个处理来进行苗期水培试验。对所培养的7个品种的小黑麦在苗期时进行叶绿素含量、根长、干质量及含氮量的测定,计算氮累积量、氮利用效率及耐低氮指数。结果表明,在低氮胁迫下,7个品种的小黑麦生长均受到显著影响,叶绿素含量、生物量和氮累积量均有所降低,根长增大、根冠比均升高,氮素利用率提高,但品种间受影响程度不同。通过隶属函数综合评价分析,中新830和中饲828为耐低氮品种。
In order to study the ability of different varieties of triticale to resist low nitrogen stress,seven varieties of triticale seedlings were used as experimental materials,and the hydroponic experiment was carried out by two treatments:normal nitrogen supply and low nitrogen stress.The cultivar was tested for chlorophyll content,root length,dry weight and nitrogen content in the seedling stage,and the nitrogen accumulation,nitrogen use efficiency and low nitrogen tolerance index were calculated.The results showed that under low nitrogen stress,the growth of seven cultivars was significantly affected.The chlorophyll content,biomass and nitrogen accumulation decreased;the root length increased;the root-shoot ratio increased and nitrogen use efficiency increased.However,the degree of impact varies among varieties.Through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the membership function,Zhongxin 830 and Zhongsi 828 were low nitrogen tolerance varieties.
