京津冀协同推进大运河文化带建设的策略研究

Strategies for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperation in Promoting the Construction of Grand Canal Cultural Belt

大运河申遗成功和南水北调东线建设稳步推进,使得京津冀协同推进大运河文化带建设具有一定的重要性和紧迫性。京津冀协同推进大运河文化带建设,可以提高京津冀美誉度和知名度,可以促进京津冀文化的交流和融合,可以打造京津冀经济增长极,可以推进京津冀城市发展。但是京津冀协同推进大运河文化带建设仍然存在一些问题。京津冀协同推进大运河文化带建设,需要加快南水北调东线建设,发展新兴产业,完善相关法规,建立统一管理机构,保护和利用文化遗迹,加强与山东省的协同。

The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has successfully applied for the World Heritage List.Steady progress has been made in the construction of the East Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.It is urgent for Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to coordinate the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation in promoting the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt can enhance the image and popularity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,promote the exchange and integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei culture,create the economic growth pole of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and promote the urban development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.However,there are still some problems in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation in promoting the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.In order to promote the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt,Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei need to accelerate the construction of the East Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,develop new industries,improve relevant laws and regulations,establish unified management institutions,protect and utilize cultural relics,and strengthen the cooperation with Shandong Province.
