休闲农业和乡村旅游是河北省重点发展的行业,把两者有机结合起来可以实现资源优势、产业优势和市场优势的叠加,能够更好地释放该行业的能量,实现1+1>2的效果。目前,影响我省休闲农业与乡村旅游融合发展的主要因素是管理机制制约、管理水平不高、专业人才缺乏、经营理念落后。为进一步促进我省休闲农业与乡村旅游融合发展,更好地做大做强农村经济,应该加强领导,积极探索管理体制;加强规划,引导树立市场观念;更新观念,积极提高服务水平;加强产业协作,积极引导产业融合;强化营销策略,打造高端品牌。

Leisure agriculture and rural tourism are the key industries in Hebei Province.Combining them organically can realize the superimposition of resource advantages,industrial advantages and market advantages,and can better release the energy of these two industries so as to achieve the effect of 1 + 1 > 2.At present,the main factors affecting the integration of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in our province are the restriction of management mechanism,the low level of management,the lack of professionals and the backward management concept.In order to further promote the integrated development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in our province,better expand and strengthen the rural economy,we should strengthen leadership and actively explore management system;strengthen planning,guide and establish market concept;renew ideas and actively improve service level;strengthen industrial cooperation and actively guide industrial integration;strengthen marketing strategies and create high-end brands.
