地方院校经管类专业实践教学模式探讨

Research on Practical Teaching Mode of Economics and Management Major in Local Colleges and Universities

通过实践教学改革培育大学生的创新精神和创业能力是地方院校应用型人才培养的基本趋势。根据场域理论,地方院校经管类专业的实践教学具有鲜明的场域特质,可以从产、学、研、社和用五个维度划分为五个子场域。从学生、企业和地方需求出发,每个实践子场域在人才培养目标达成上都有着其惯习养成和资本生成的层次和内在逻辑。由场域、惯习和资本的一般分析框架,按照人才培养目标在子场域协同原则,提出了地方院校经管类专业具象化、多元化、情境化、协同化和社会化实践教学模式。

Cultivating college students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability through practical teaching reform is the basic trend of the cultivation of applied talents in local colleges.According to field theory,the practice teaching of economics and management majors in local colleges has distinctive field characteristics.The field can be divided into five subs-fields from five dimensions of production,learning,research,society and application.From the demands of students,enterprises and local needs,each practice sub-field has its habitus and the level and internal logic of capital formation in the achievement of talent training goal.Based on the general analysis framework of field,habitus and capital,in accordance with the principle of field synergy,this paper puts forward the concrete,diversified,situational,collaborative and socialized practice teaching mode of economics and management specialty in local colleges.
