摘要
沥青路面具有温度敏感性且在水的作用下会出现多种早期损坏,为了评价不同温度下沥青混合料的水敏感性和永久变形,制作了饱水和干燥条件下的密级配沥青混合料试件,采用动态蠕变试验研究温度、湿度和荷载耦合作用下沥青混合料的永久变形行为。结果表明:蠕变曲线可以较好地评价沥青混合料的水敏感性,40℃时,饱水试件的永久变形增加速率较干燥试件的更大,40℃比5℃时的湿度对沥青混合料更具有破坏性,在5℃低温条件下,饱水试件的抗变形能力较弱。
Asphalt pavement has temperature sensitive and may suffer from many kinds of early damage under the action of water. In order to evaluate the water sensitivity and permanent deformation of asphalt mixture at different temperatures, dense graded asphalt mixture specimens under saturated and dry conditions were made, and their permanent deformation behavior was analyzed by dynamic creep test under coupled action of temperature, humidity and load. The results show that creep curve can be used to evaluate the water sensitivity of asphalt mixture and the increasing rate of permanent deformation of saturated specimens is greater than that of dry specimens at 40℃, and the humidity at 40℃ is more destructive to asphalt mixtures than that at 5℃. The deformation resistance of saturated specimens is weaker at 5℃.
