“引丹入城”水利工程建设的必要性与可行性分析——以沁阳市为例

摘要 拟建的“引丹入城”引入沁阳市区后,可向护城河和天鹅湖供水,设计引水流量0.7m^3/s,年引水总量1051万m^3。工程的建设可有效保障沁阳市城市河湖生态环境用水,生态环境和旅游效益显著,促进了区域社会经济的可持续发展。 The proposed "Diversion of Dan into the City" can supply water to the moat and Swan Lake after it was introduced into Qinyang City.The designed diversion flow is 0.7 m^3/s and the annual total amount of diversion water is 10.51 million m^3.The construction of the project can effectively guarantee the ecological environment water use of the urban rivers and lakes in Qinyang City.The ecological environment and tourism benefits are remarkable,and promote the sustainable development of regional socio-economic.
