水面舰艇编队海上训练信息系统需求分析

Requirement Analysis of Warship Formation Training Information System

本文通过分析水面舰艇的训练现状,从军事训练要求与系统能力特点两个角度出发,提出编队海上训练信息系统建设需求。为适应新形势下军事作战要求,训练系统应满足编队海上训练虚实结合、作战环境精准构设、作战行动模型精确仿真、蓝军智能化模拟与训练系统互联互通等要求。最后,从导调控制、作战仿真、嵌入式模拟、训练监控与数据采集和裁决评估分析了系统的功能需求。

Based on the analysis of the training status of surface warships and from the perspective of military training and system capability, this paper puts forward the construction requirements of formation training information system at sea. In order to meet the requirements of military operations under the new situation, the training system should meet the requirements of combination of virtual and real training at sea, precise construction of operational environment, precise simulation of operational model, Blue Force intelligent simulation, and interconnection and interoperability of and different training systems. Finally, the functions of the system are analyzed from command and control, combat simulation, embedded simulation training, training monitoring and data acquisition and judgment evaluation.
