微信辅助超声引导桡动脉穿刺在麻醉实习教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨微信辅助超声引导桡动脉穿刺在麻醉专业实习生教学中的应用效果。方法:选取40名2019年1月到2019年4月在我院麻醉科实习的麻醉专业学生,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组为微信辅助超声引导桡动脉穿刺授课教学组,对照组为常规组,记录两组最终考试的理论成绩,动脉穿刺成功率,穿刺时间,学习兴趣和教学满意度。结果:微信辅助下试验组的动脉穿刺一次性成功率高于对照组,穿刺成功时间低于对照组,试验组的实习生兴趣度和授课满意度高于对照组。结论:微信辅助超声引导桡动脉穿刺教学提高了麻醉实习生的桡动脉穿刺成功率,调动了学习积极性,受到学生的欢迎。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of WeChat assisted ultrasound guided radial artery puncture in the teaching of anesthesia intern.Methods:A total of 40 anesthesiology students who were interned in the anesthesiology department of our hospital from January 2019 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was taught by WeChat assisted ultrasound guided radial artery puncture teaching group,and the control group.For the regular group,the theoretical scores of the two final exams, arterial puncture success rate,puncture time,learning interest and teaching satisfaction were recorded.Results:The success rate of arterial puncture in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The successful puncture time was lower than that in the control group.The intern interest and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:WeChat-assisted ultrasound guided radial artery puncture teaching has improved the success rate of radial artery puncture in anesthesia interns,mobilized the enthusiasm of learning,and was welcomed by students.
