摘要
磁轭法磁粉检测结构简单、操作方便、灵活,适用性强,适用于铁磁性材料和大型钢结构件的表面和近表面探伤。可携带到车间、实验室和工作场地进行探伤。海洋石油钢结构焊缝的磁粉检验主要采用交流磁轭法,而影响磁轭法探伤灵敏度的主要因素为磁轭提升力,提升力是电磁体最重要的参数之一,它反映了磁体对工件的磁化能力。本文主要探讨在进行磁轭法探伤时影响磁轭提升力的几个因素。
The magnetic yoke method has simple structure, convenient operation, flexibility and adaptability. It is suitable for surface and near-surface flaw detection of ferromagnetic materials and large steel structural parts. It can be carried to the workshop, laboratory and workplace for flaw detection. The magnetic powder test of the weld of marine petroleum steel structure mainly adopts the AC yoke method, and the main factor affecting the sensitivity of the yoke method is the yoke lifting force. The lifting force is one of the most important parameters of the electromagnet, which reflects the Magnetization capability of the magnet to the workpiece. This paper mainly discusses several factors that affect the yoke lifting force when performing yoke detection.
