海外项目设计与翻译技术结合的探讨

Discussion on the Combination of Design and Translation Technology in the Overseas Project

随着我国铁路行业在国际“一带一路”的发展,电气化铁路方面的国际协作与交流越来越频繁,从项目的洽谈、招投标、合同签署到设计、施工,都涉及到大量的专业翻译和沟通,专业翻译为工程的顺利开展起着重要的桥梁纽带作用,而作为表达翻译的主体并与翻译人员紧密结合的专业设计人员,在翻译的过程中同样起着至关重要的作用,本文根据南美洲某电气化铁路的设计经历,结合与专业翻译人员共同工作的实践和体会,提出了作为一个海外项目专业设计人员在翻译交流中所要注意的问题,为海外技术人才的培养提供参考意见。

With the development of China's railway industry in the international “Belt and Road”, international cooperation and exchanges in electrified railways are becoming more and more frequent. From project negotiation, bidding, contract signing to design and construction, a large number of majors are involved. Translation and communication, professional translation plays an important role as a bridge for the smooth development of the project, and professional designers who express the main body of translation and closely integrate with the translators also play a vital role in the translation process. Based on the design experience of an electrified railway in South America, combined with the practice and experience of working with professional translators, this paper puts forward the issues that should be paid attention to as a overseas project professional designer in translation communication, and provides reference for the training of overseas technical talents.
