摘要 改进甘油磷脂酰胆碱原料中甘油磷脂酰胆碱含量测定方法,将3%的醋酸汞溶液改为冰醋酸。用高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)进行滴定,用电位法指示滴定终点。甘油磷脂酰胆碱在0.16g^0.24g范围内成良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.51%(n=6,RSD=0.16%)。该方法操作简单、专属性强、准确可靠,可用于甘油磷脂酰胆碱原料的含量测定。 Animproved method for the determination of glycerophosphatidylcholine in glycerol phosphatidylcholine raw materials was developed. The 3% mercury acetate solution was replaced by glacial acetic acid. The titration was carried out with perchloric acid titration solution (0.1mol/L) and the titration end point was indicated by potentiometry. Glycerophosphatidylcholine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.16g-0.24g (r=0.9999), with an average recovery of 99.51%(n=6, RSD=0.16%). The method is simple, specific, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of glycerophosphatidylcholine.
