基于关联维数的干气密封环摩擦系数特性研究

摘要 利用DM-2型端面摩擦磨损试验机,选取16°螺旋角和18°螺旋角干气密封环进行测试,提取摩擦磨损过程中的摩擦系数信号,运用关联维数法研究干气密封环的摩擦系数特性。结果表明:在载荷一定的情况下,2种螺旋角摩擦系数和其关联维数随速度增大皆先减小后增大,呈正相关;而在速度一定的情况下,2种螺旋角摩擦系数随载荷的增大而减小,其关联维数随载荷的增大而增大,呈负相关。18°螺旋角的摩擦系数和其关联维数比16°螺旋角大。关联维数正确反映了干气密封环摩擦系数特性变化规律。 Dry gas seal ring of 16° helical angle and 18° helical angle is selected for test by utilizing the DM-2-type end face friction-wear tester,the friction coefficient signal in the friction-wear process is withdrawn,and the correlation dimension method is applied to research the friction coefficient characteristics of the dry gas seal ring.The results show that:Under certain load,the friction coefficient of two kinds of helical angles and its correlation dimension decreases at first and increases later with the increase of speed,in positive correlation.While under certain speed,the friction coefficient of two kinds of helical angles reduces with the increase of load,while its correlation dimension increases with the increase of load,in negative correlation.The friction coefficient and its correlation dimension of 18° helical angle are larger than that of 16° helical angle.The correlation dimension accurately reflects the change rule of friction coefficient characteristics of the dry gas seal ring.
