摘要
目的 IL-10基因819T>C位点多态性与非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-hodgkinlymphoma,NHL)易感性的相关研究尚存在争议。本研究用Meta分析的方法评价IL-10基因819T>C位点多态性与NHL易感性的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库,检索截止时间2018-02。搜集IL-10基因819T>C位点的核苷酸多态性与NHL易感性的研究,采用STATA 12.0统计软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入12篇病例对照研究进行Meta分析,共计4 599例NHL患者和3 824名健康对照。IL-10基因1082A>G位点在等位基因模型(T vs C:OR=1.00,95%CI为0.91~1.09,P=0.962)、共显性模型(TTvs TC:OR=0.96,95%CI为0.81~1.13,P=0.559)、相加模型(TTvs CC:OR=0.93,95%CI为0.78~1.09,P=0.359)、显性模型(TTvs TC+CC:OR=0.87,95%CI为0.73~1.03,P=0.110)及隐性模型(CC vs TT+TC:OR=0.98,95%CI为0.90~1.07,P=0.676)下,IL-10基因819T>C位点多态性均与NHL易感性无关。结论 IL-10基因819T>C位点多态性不增加NHL的发病风险。
OBJECTIVE The association between Interleukin-10(IL-10)819 T>C polymorphism and risk of nonhodgkin lymphoma(NHL)remains controversial.The aim of this study was to assess the association between IL-10 819 T>C polymorphism and risk of NHL using meta-analysis.METHODS We searched PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Chinese Science and Technology Academic Journal,Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang database from their inception to February 2018 to identify relevant study.Meta-analysis was performed by STATA 12.0 software.RESUITS A total of 12 case-control studies were included in the present meta-analysis,including 4 599 NHL cases and 3 824 healthy controls.There was no association between IL-10 819 T>C polymorphism and the risk of NHL in allele genetic model(T vs C:OR=1.00,95%CI=0.91-1.09,P=0.962),codominant model(TTvs TC:OR=0.96,95%CI=0.81-1.13,P=0.559),additive model(TTvs CC:OR=0.93,95%CI=0.78-1.09,P=0.359),dominant model(TTvs TC+CC:OR=0.87,95%CI=0.73-1.03,P=0.110)and recessive model(CC vs TT+TC:OR=0.98,95%CI=0.90-1.07,P=0.676).CONCLUSION IL-10 819 T>C polymorphism may not contribute to the risk of NHL.
