医科大学专业课老师与辅导员协同育人的机制构建

摘要 结合医科大学自身特点,分析现阶段医科大学协同育人机制现状,找出医科大学专业课老师与辅导员在协同育人机制中的问题与不足,提高专业课老师与辅导员自身思想政治教育,构建联合网络思想教育互动平台,创建医科大学专业课老师与辅导员交流协会,建立协同育人保障奖励机制,将育人、政治思想教育与专业学习、社会实践充分相结合,将育人贯穿于大学生的生活、学习、心理,引导大学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,培养出优秀合格的医科大学生。 Combining with the characteristics of medical universities, this paper analyzes the current situation of the collaborative education mechanism of medical colleges, finds out the problems and deficiencies of the professional teachers and counselors in the medical university, improves the ideological and political education of the professional teachers and counselors, and builds a joint Network ideological education interactive platform, establish a medical college professional class teacher and counselor exchange association, establish a collaborative education guarantee mechanism, combine education, political and ideological education with professional learning, social practice, and educate people through the life of college students , study, psychology, guide college students to form a correct world view, outlook on life, values, and train outstanding qualified medical students.
