药熨配合中医推拿促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体康复的效果

Effect of Medicine Ironing Combined with TCM Massage on Promoting Limb Rehabilitation in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的观察药熨配合中医推拿促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体康复的效果。方法选取2016年3月~2019年2月在我院治疗的108例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合药熨配合中医推拿,比较两组治疗效果、肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.29%,高于对照组的79.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分较治疗前改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药熨配合中医推拿可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体康复效果,改善患者临床症状,提高患者日常生活能力,进一步改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of medicine ironing combined with TCM massage on limb rehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia due to stroke.Methods A total of 108 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases each. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effect, limb function score and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.29%, which was higher than that 79.62% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of limb function and daily living ability were improved after treatment compared with before treatment,the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medicinal ironing combined with TCM massage can improve the limb rehabilitation effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the daily living ability of patients, and further improve the quality of life of patients.
