摘要
武汉精武路项目五期T5塔楼,建筑高度330m,为超B级高度超限高层。该建筑采用带加强层的矩形钢管混凝土柱框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。介绍了该工程结构体系的特点、抗震性能化设计的原则及方法、基础设计、整体弹性计算结果、罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析结果。对设计中的一些关键问题:包括伸臂桁架和环带桁架的设置、转换层关键节点的分析设计、结构屈曲分析及稳定计算进行了深入阐述。最后提出设计建议:在超高层建筑中部偏上部位利用避难层同时设置伸臂桁架和环带桁架加强层,对提高结构整体抗侧刚度非常有效;对于竖向尺寸突变的建筑,将使用有限元法得到的屈曲因子作为结构整体稳定性的判别指标,其结果更加合理。
Wuhan Jingwu Road Project Phase Five T5 Tower with 330 m height is a over-limit high-rise building beyond B-level height, and the concrete-filled steel column frame-concreter core hybrid structure system with the strengthened stories was used. The structural characteristics, the principles and methods of performance-based seismic design, the foundation design, the overall calculation results, the elasto-plastic time-history analysis results under rare earthquake were described. Several key problems were deeply discussed, such as setting outrigger and belt trusses, the design and analysis of the key joints in transfer story, structural buckling analysis and stability calculation.The design suggestion was given finally: outrigger truss and belt truss are both using at refuge story in the middle and upper part of the high-rise building, which is very effective to enhance the lateral-force-resisting stiffness;the buckling factor obtained by FEM could be used to judge the overall stability of the structure with mutation in the vertical size,the result would be more reasonable.
