摘要
京东集团西南总部大厦是存在平面不规则、竖向不规则等多项超限情况的复杂高层建筑。介绍了项目的结构形式和设计难点,针对结构的超限项采取了合理调整结构刚度分布、墙内设置型钢、核心筒全高设置约束边缘构件、楼板开洞区域增加板厚及配筋等设计措施,并对结构关键部位采用抗震性能化设计。采用PKPM,ABAQUS软件对结构进行计算分析。结果表明,结构周期比、最大层间位移角、层间刚度比、大跨悬挑区域节点验算等均满足规范要求,验证了结构体系的合理性。
Southwest Headquarters Mansion of JD.com is a complex high rise building with many out-of-code factors including irregular plane and vertical irregularity. The structural form and design difficulties were introduced. Out-of-code structural issues were analyzed and design measures were taken including reasonable adjustment of structural stiffness distribution, setting section steel in walls, full height setting confined boundary elements in corewalls, strengthening the slab thickness and reinforcement in floor opening areas, and seismic performance design for key parts of the structure. Through calculation and analysis of the structure by using PKPM, ABAQUS software, results show that, structure period ratio, maximum interlayer displacement angle, interlayer stiffness ratio, joint check of large-span cantilever area meet the requirements of the code, thus validating the rationality of the structural system.
