磁轭永磁振动发电机的设计与实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了采集环境中的振动能量,设计了一种适用于低频环境下的永磁振动发电机。发电机采用极靴型磁轭作为闭合导磁路径,提高了磁场的利用率。设计、制作了发电机样机并进行实验研究,得到了发电机输出电压有效值Ue与频率f和振幅Z之间的关系。对发电机正弦激励振动条件下进行测试,发电机的输出电压有效值Ue达到了18.46 V,能够在工程实际中应用。 A new permanent magnetic vibration generator that could be applied in low frequency was designed to collect the vibration energy that exists in the environment.The generator use pole shoe magnetic yoke as conducting closed magnetic path to improve the utilization rate of the magnetic field.The prototype of generator was established and the experimental studies were carried out,the relationship between Ue and frequency,Ue and amplitude were carried out.The generator was tested in condition of the sinusoidal vibration excitation.The effective value of the generator Ue reached 18.46 V that can be applied in the engineering practice.
