永磁容错轮缘推进电机的设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了满足船用水下推进电机低噪声、高安全性的要求,研究了一种新型永磁容错轮缘推进电机。分析了永磁容错轮缘推进电机的结构特点以及主要参数对电机性能的影响。利用ANSYS Maxwell搭建二维仿真模型,分析了永磁容错轮缘推进电机的磁密、反电动势、电感以及容错能力。仿真结果表明,永磁容错轮缘推进电机不仅具有高性能的特点,而且还具有故障容错能力。 A new fault-tolerant permanent magnet rim driven motor was studied in order to meet the needs of low noise and high security of underwater propulsion motor.The structural characteristics of the fault-tolerant permanent magnet rim driven motor and the influence of the main parameters on the motor performance were analyzed.The two-dimensional simulation model of the motor was carried out by ANSYS Maxwell to verify the magnetic flux density,back electromotive force,inductance and fault tolerance of fault-tolerant permanent magnet rim driven motor.It’s proved that the fault-tolerant permanent magnet rim driven motor is fault-tolerant and has high-performance features.
