调质热处理对活塞杆摩擦焊接头组织性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of quenching-tempering heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of friction welded joint of piston rod

摘要 通过拉伸试验、硬度试验、弯曲试验,分析了调质热处理对钢活塞杆连续驱动摩擦焊接头组织和抗拉强度的影响,结合显微组织观察、拉伸断口分析解释了接头不同调质处理抗拉强度差异的原因。结果表明,淬火温度850℃、淬火保温时间140 min、回火温度570℃、回火保温时间120min的调质处理,能够改善接头的显微组织,提高其抗拉强度,达到815MPa。接头抗拉强度差异的原因主要是淬火温度不同导致马氏体含量不同。 Effect of quenching-tempering heat treatment on the tensile strength of steel piston rod continuous driven friction welding joint was analyzed by tensile property test,hardness test and bending test.The reasons for the difference in tensile strength of the joint with different quenching-tempering heat treatments were explained by microstructure observation and tensile fracture analysis.Under the conditions including quenching at 850℃with holding time of 140 min and tempering at 570℃with holding time of 120 min,the microstructure of the joint can be improved while the tensile strength can be effectively increased to 815 MPa.The main reason for the difference in tensile strength of the joint is that the martensite content varies with the quenching temperature.
