热处理工艺对CB2耐热钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of heat-resistant steel CB2

摘要 利用金相检测、室温拉伸、硬度和冲击检测等方法,研究了均质化冷却方式和回火对CB2耐热钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:均质化后采用空冷,晶粒得到细化,塑韧性更高。两次回火后的马氏体板条变窄小,塑韧性提高,抗拉强度、规定塑性延伸强度分别为708 MPa、516 MPa,冲击吸收能量达到42J,性能优于一次回火试样。 Effects of homogenization cooling and multiple tempering on the microstructure and mechanical properties of CB2 heat resistant steel were studied by using optical microscope(OM),tensile test,hardness and impact test at room temperature.The results show that homogenization and air cooling processes can refine grains and make the plasticity and toughness be higher.After twice tempering,the martensite lath becomes narrower,the plastic toughness is improved,the tensile strength,yield strength reach 708 MPa,516 MPa,respectively.the impact absorbed energy reaches 42 J,the performance is better than the primary tempered sample.
