复合电沉积制备Ni-Fe/TiO2镀层及其耐蚀性 被引量:5

Ni-Fe/TiO2 coating prepared by composite electrodeposition and its corrosion resistance

摘要 通过复合电沉积法制备了Ni-Fe/TiO2镀层,采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、Tafel曲线、电化学阻抗谱等方法对Ni-Fe/TiO2复合镀层的表面形貌、成分和耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明:随着镀液中TiO2微粒添加量的增加,镀层表面裂纹减少,TiO2微粒在镀层表面分布更为均匀;镀层中TiO2的含量增加,Fe的含量降低,Ni的含量增加;镀层的耐蚀性增强。 Ni-Fe/TiO2 coatings were prepared by means of composite electrodeposition.Surface morphology,composition and corrosion resistance of Ni-Fe/TiO2 composite coatings were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,energy analysis,Tafel curve analysis,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques.The results show that with the increase of amount of TiO2 particle in bath,the surface cracks decrease,the uniformity of the distribution of TiO2 particle on the coating surface enhances,the content of TiO2 particle in coating increases,the content of Fe decreases while Ni increases and corrosion resistance of coating enhances.
