摘要
针对W9Cr4V2Mo钢在实际热处理生产中容易出现混晶现象,提出混晶后采用球化退火+重新淬火回火进行处理。对混晶及非混晶材料进行硬度、组织、冲击性能以及弯曲性能验证。试验得出经过球化退火和重新淬火回火后,材料混晶现象消失,材料的硬度、冲击以及弯曲力学性能并未降低。因此,零件混晶后可采取球化退火+重新淬火回火进行处理。
In view of the fact that the steel W9Cr4V2Mo was prone to mixed grain phenomenon in the actual heat treatment production,the method of spheroidizing annealing and re-quenching and tempering after mixed crystal was proposed.The hardness,microstructure,impact and bending properties of mixed and non-mixed grain materials were verified.It is found that the mixed grain phenomenon disappears after spheroidizing annealing,re-quenching and tempering,and the hardness,punching,and bending properties of the mixed grain materials recover.Therefore,spheroidizing annealing and re-quenching and tempering can be adopted to solve the mixed grain.
