摘要
采用普通单点渐进成形技术探究工艺参数对6061铝合金板材成形性能的影响。运用正交实验法,探讨Z轴层进给量、进给速度、工具头直径、润滑方式这4种工艺参数对6061铝合金板材成形性能的影响,并结合极差分析与方差分析,研究4种工艺参数对成形极限角的影响顺序及成形性能的显著影响水平。实验结果表明:工具头直径是影响6061铝合金板材成形性能的最大因素,其次依次为润滑方式、进给速度、Z轴层进给量。由极差分析得出一组最优参数组合为A2B2C1D3,其最大成形极限角为82. 78°。由方差分析可知,4种工艺参数中对成形性能影响显著的是工具头直径,与极差分析结果一致。
The effect of process parameters on the formability of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet was investigated by the ordinary single-point incremental forming technology. The orthogonal experiment method was used to investigate the effects of four process parameters such as Z-axis layer feeding amount,feeding speed,tool head diameter and lubrication method on the formability of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet.Combining the range analysis and variance analysis,the influence order of the four process parameters on the forming limit angle and the significant influence level of formability were studied. The results show that the tool head diameter is the biggest factor affecting the formability of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet,followed by the lubrication method,feeding speed and Z-axis layer feeding amount. From the range analysis,a set of optimal parameter combination of A2B2C1D3 is obtained,and the maximum forming limit angle is 82. 78°. From the variance analysis,it is known that the tool head diameter has a significant influence on the formability among the four process parameters.This result is consistent with the range analysis result.
