摘要
为了得到成形质量较好的锡青铜连杆衬套,采用有限元软件Simufact对旋压工艺中不同旋轮数量进行数值模拟研究。使用锡青铜筒形件作为研究对象,对同一毛坯件进行双旋轮和三旋轮的旋压工艺模拟,以内径扩径量、壁厚偏差、椭圆度作为旋压成形质量的评价指标,通过对比分析,结果表明:双轮旋压内径扩径量由底部至口部不断增大,三轮旋压内径扩径量先减小后增大;双轮旋压后的壁厚偏差小于三轮旋压;双轮旋压后的椭圆度较三轮旋压偏大;三轮旋压的成形质量较为稳定,双轮旋压波动较大。因此,采用三轮强力旋压工艺加工后的锡青铜连杆衬套的成形质量较双轮旋压略好,尺寸精度更高。
In order to obtain tin bronze connecting rod bushing with better forming quality,the number of different spinning wheels in spinning process was simulated by finite element software Simufact. For the tin bronze cylindrical parts,the spinning processes with two and three spinning wheels were simulated on the same blank,and the comparison and analysis were conducted with inner diameter expansion amount,wall thickness deviation and ellipticity as the evaluation indexes of spinning forming quality. The results show that the inner diameter expansion amount increases from the bottom to the mouth in the two-wheel spinning process,while in the three-wheel spinning process,it decreases first and then increases. The wall thickness deviation of the two-wheel spinning is smaller than that of the threewheel spinning,the ellipticity of the two-wheel spinning is larger than that of the three-wheel spinning,the forming quality of the threewheel spinning is relatively stable,and the fluctuaion of the two-wheel spinning is large. Thus,the forming quality of tin bronze connecting rod bushing processed by the three-wheel power spinning is slightly better than that of the two-wheel spinning,and the former dimension accuracy is higher.
