潜艇大深度发射新型自航水雷可行性分析

摘要 为确保使用自航水雷进行攻势布雷时潜艇的安全性和隐蔽性,充分利用潜艇气动不平衡发射装置布雷效率高的优点,必须建立气动不平衡发射装置的内弹道模型,针对新型自航水雷的特点,仿真分析发射过程,论证发射可行性。阐述了气动不平衡式发射装置的基本原理,分段分析发射过程,针对气动不平衡发射装置的工作流程,利用控制体理论,按照气体工作过程,建立气动不平衡发射装置的发射过程数学模型,结合新型自航水雷的特征参数,依据不同发射深度,计算分析了膛压、出管速度等发射过程的关键数据,论证分析了大深度发射新型自航水雷的可行性和安全性,结果表明出管速度和膛压满足安全性要求,气动不平衡发射装置大深度发射新型自航水雷是完全可行的。 In order to keep submarine safety and stealthy in offensive mining used by the self-propelled mine, and to make full use of the high mining efficiency of the pneumatic unbalanced launcher, it is absolutely necessary to build the interior ballistics model of the pneumatic unbalanced launcher. So aiming at characteristics of the self-propelled mine, the launch process can be analyzed through simulation and the launch feasibility can be expounded and proved. The paper analyzed the fundamental principle and working process of pneumatic unbalanced launcher in different stages. By analyzing the structural characteristics of the pneumatic unbalanced launcher, this article built a mathematical model for launching course of the pneumatic unbalanced launcher by using control volume theory and following air work process. According to the typical parameters of the self-propelled mine and the launching depth, the important parameters of launching process, just like launching pressure, launching velocity and so on, were calculated so as to analyze the feasibility and safety of launching new self-propelled mine in large depth by the pneumatic unbalanced launcher. Results show the launching velocity and chamber pressure can satisfy the safety requirement. Launching new self-propelled mine by pneumatic unbalanced launcher is totally practicable.
