新媒体与边检警察形象塑造——以“北京边检”微博为例

摘要 随着微博、微信等新型互联网媒体形式的发展,我国进入了高度媒体化的“微时代”,公民的大量情绪、意愿在新媒体上被“分享”,并在网络上汇聚成一股不容忽视的“微力量”,影响着社会舆论和大众思维。近年来边检部门也越来越重视自身在新媒体中的形象,并就利用新媒体开展边检警察形象宣传进行了积极尝试。如何正确处理警媒关系,发挥新媒体弘扬社会正能量的作用,既是摆在边检机关面前的挑战,同时也是有利机遇。本文以“北京边检”微博为分析范本,探究新媒体的特点及传播规律,就新媒体在边检警察形象塑造中的作用进行了重点阐述,并进行了相应的对策分析。 With the development of new Internet media forms such as weibo and WeChat,China has entered a highly medialized"micro era",in which a large number of citizens'emotions and intentions are"Shared"on new media and converge into a"micro force"that cannot be ignored on the Internet,affecting social public opinion and public thinking.In recent years,border inspection departments have paid more and more attention to their own image in new media and made positive attempts to use new media to promote the image of border inspection police.How to properly handle the relationship between police and media and bring into play the role of new media in promoting social positive energy is not only a challenge but also a favorable opportunity for border inspection authorities.This paper takes"Beijing border inspection"microblog as an analysis model,explores the characteristics and propagation rules of new media,and focuses on the role of new media in shaping the image of border inspection police,and analyzes the corresponding countermeasures.
