警察院校教学效能提升之路径——以警校法学教育为视角

警察院校主要是为各级警察机关培养复合型高素质警务人员,作为警察教育重要组成部分的法学教育,对培养民警的执法素养、执法能力和执法水平有不可替代的作用。警察院校法学教育要主动适应新时代人民群众对警察职业的社会期待,革新原有教学课程、教学内容、教学方法、人才培养目标,不断优化教学理念,严把教学质量关和政治素养关。法学教师要根据职业和专业需要,投身法制社会实践,除对民警执法规范化进行基础知识和基本技能培训外,还要以实战为导向通过模块化教学进行专门性的法律能力训练,加强民警的执法法治思维培养。
