摘要
针对某特大型复杂露天矿混采导致选厂生产指标远不达标的实际问题,根据矿石的物理力学性质及选矿试验结果,对不同矿石类型的组合分类方法进行了研究,结合矿山采矿工艺技术条件,建立了矿石的可分采标准;运用Auto LISP二次开发编程语言,实现了矿石分采率的自动统计,对矿山分采、混采及配采方案进行了可行性综合评价。结果表明,矿山通过实施有条件分采的分采、混采结合方案,极大地改善了堆场的配矿能力,铜选矿回收率由77%提升至79%,为矿山进一步研究分采分选、分采混选的均衡稳定供矿方案提供了技术支撑。
Aiming at the production practice that the plant production index was far less than the design index due to mixed mining in an oversize complex open-pit mine,classification methods of different ore types were studied according to the physical and mechanical properties of ores and the results of beneficiation tests.Then,combined with the technical conditions of mining technology,the separated mining standard of ores was established.The automatic statistics of separated mining rate of ore was realized by the secondary development programming language of Auto LISP.And feasibility evaluation on separated mining,mixed mining and coordinate mining was carried out.The result showed that the blending capacity of stockpile was greatly improved by implementing the combined method of separated and mixed mining.The copper recovery rate increased from 77%to 79%.It provided a technical support for further research of ore stable supply plan with separated mining and flotation or separated mining and mixed flotation.
