急倾斜极薄矿脉机械化开采新技术及应用 被引量:14

A New Machined Mining Technology of Steeply Inclined and Extremely Thin Ore Vein and Its Application

摘要 急倾斜极薄矿脉开采,常遇到采矿方法难以确定、损失率贫化率高、作业空间狭小等问题。为研究适宜的采矿方法,以某金矿的急倾斜极薄矿脉为研究对象,针对原留矿法的弊端和该矿体开采技术条件,提出采用机械化水平分层削壁充填采矿法进行开采,工业试验结果表明,损失率、贫化率分别降低了9,18个百分点,预期效果良好,可为类似矿山提供借鉴。 The problems such as difficulty in determining the mining method,high loss rate,high dilution rate,and narrow working space are existed in the mining process of steeply inclined and extremely thin ore vein.In order to study the suitable mining method of the steeply inclined and extremely thin vein in a certain gold mine,the mechanical horizontal slice and wastelifting filling mining method was proposed according to the disadvantages of original shrinkage method and the mining technical conditions.The industrial tests results showed that the ore loss rate and the dilution rate was respectively reduced by 9 percentage points and 18 percentage points,with a good expecting effect.This method can provide a reference for similar mines.
