摘要
为了解决山东黄金鑫汇金矿深部高温、高压、高应力给矿体回采带来的难题,结合矿体赋存条件选用上向水平进路充填法开采。进路回采采用浅孔光面爆破来控制围岩稳固性;针对不稳固矿体,采用树脂锚杆穿带支护,支护网度1.5m×1.5m。树脂锚杆为直径22 mm、长2.2 m的螺旋钢;一步骤进路采用1∶6胶结充填,二步骤进路采用1∶8胶结充填,通过后期现场观察,采场爆破、支护效果较好,矿石回收率达到95%,贫化率为8%,获得了较好的经济效益。
In order to solve the problems caused by high temperature,high pressure and high stress in the deep part of Xinhui Gold Mine in Shandong province,the upward horizontal drift with backfilling mining method was adopted in combination with the ore body occurrence conditions.The shallow hole smooth blasting method was adopted to control the stability of surrounding rock.In view of the unstable ore body,resin bolt through belt support was adopted with support mesh degree of1.5 m×1.5 m.The resin bolt adopted spiral steel with diameter of 22 mm and length of 2.2 m.The cemented filling with rate of1∶6 was used in one step drift and 1∶8 was used in two steps drift.Through field observation in the later stage,the effect of stope blasting and support was good with recovery rate of 95%and dilution rate of 8%,obtaining good economic benefits.
