某磷矿缓倾斜中厚矿体无轨机械化采矿技术研究 被引量:7

Research on Trackless Mechanized Mining Technology of Gently Inclined Medium-thick Orebody in a Phosphate Mine

摘要 为确保缓倾斜中厚矿体的安全高效开采,根据矿体赋存特征及开采技术条件,提出一种能配套使用大型无轨设备的中深孔落矿嗣后充填采矿法,并对该方法的采切工程、回采工艺及工作组织等进行详细研究。结果表明,该方法能有效解决缓倾斜中厚矿体开采效率低、溜矿难等问题,可安全高效回收矿石。采矿成本为13.57元/t,矿石损失率为8.9%,贫化率为2.5%,具有良好的经济效益,可为类似工程地质条件下矿体开采提供参考。 In order to ensure the safe and efficient mining of gently inclined medium-thick orebodies,according to the occurrence characteristics and mining technical conditions of the orebodies,a medium-deep hole caving with subsequent backfilling mining method,which can be matched with large trackless equipment,was proposed.And the mining engineering,recovery technology and working organization of the method were studied in detail.The results showed that this method can effectively solve the problems of low mining efficiency and difficult ore slipping in gently inclined medium-thick orebody,and can recover the ore safely and efficiently.The mining cost was 13.57 yuan/t,the ore loss rate was 8.9%,and the dilution rate was 2.5%.Therefore,the proposed mining method had good economic benefits and can provide a reference for orebody mining under similar engineering geological conditions.
