WK-35大型矿用挖掘机驾驶室人机工程改进设计 被引量:14

摘要 为改善驾驶员工作环境,提高驾驶员工作效率与舒适性,对WK-35大型矿用挖掘机驾驶室的人机问题进行了研究分析,在人机工程学仿真软件研究的基础上,提出大型矿用挖掘机驾驶室的优化设计方法。该方法首先利用Rhino软件建立了WK-35大型挖掘机的三维模型,基于中国人体尺寸标准在JACK人机工程学软件中创建数字人体和分析对象,通过对驾驶员的可视性、上肢可达性、驾驶舒适性分析,明确现有驾驶室设计的人机缺陷,并相应进行改进设计及验证。结果显示:改进后的驾驶室在可视性、上肢可达性、驾驶舒适性方面均有较大提升,符合人机工学要求,可为驾驶人员提供更舒适和合理的工作空间。 In order to improve driving working environment and improve driving working efficiency and comfort,the manmachine problems of WK-35 large mining excavator cab were studied and analyzed.Based on the research of ergonomics simulation software,the optimum design method of large mining excavator cab was put forward.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of WK-35 excavator was established by Rhino software.Based on the Chinese human body size standard,the digital human body and analysis objects were created in JACK ergonomics software.Through the analysis of driving visibility,upper limb accessibility and driving comfort,the man-machine defects of the existing cab design were identified,and the corresponding improvement design and verification were carried out.The results showed that the improved cab enhanced greatly in visibility,upper limb accessibility and driving comfort,which met ergonomic requirements and provided more comfortable and reasonable working space for drivers.
