滚筒式采煤机截割部机电联合仿真 被引量:10

Electromechanical Joint Simulation on Cutting Section of Drum Shearer

摘要 为了研究截割电机机械特性对采煤机滚筒受力特性的影响,利用SIMULINK建立采煤机截割电机模型;通过ADAMS建立采煤机截割部虚拟样机模型;使用电机模型对采煤机截割部进行驱动,同时将电机所受力矩反馈到电机模型中,建立了基于MATLAB/SIMULINK和ADAMS的采煤机截割部机电耦合模型。采用LS-DYNA对采煤机滚筒截割煤岩过程进行模拟仿真,得到滚筒的受力情况;将截割仿真得到的载荷添加在采煤机滚筒上,进行了采煤机截割部机电联合仿真,得到了截割电机输出转矩和输出转速的曲线,为研究电机过载保护提供了数据支持。 In order to study the influence of mechanical characteristics of cutting motor on the mechanical characteristics of shearer drum,the cutting motor model of shearer was established by SIMULINK,and the virtual prototype model for cutting section of shearer was established by ADAMS.The motor model was used to drive the cutting section of shearer,and the moment of force loaded by motor was fed back to the motor model.Then,the electromechanical coupling model for cutting section of shearer based on MATLAB/SIMULINK and ADAMS was established.LS-DYNA was used to simulate the process of shearer drum cutting coal and rock,and the force of the drum was obtained.The load obtained by cutting simulation was added to the shearer drum,and the electromechanical joint simulation on cutting section of shearer was carried out.The output torque and output speed curves of the cutting motor were obtained,which provided data support for the study of motor overload protection.
