摘要
新疆电网呈现电压大级差.电源密集型接入的特点,随着新疆电网750kV网架结构电气联系趋于紧密,220kV层面短路电流水平超标问题日趋严重。对比分析了新疆YD地区2018年、2019年网架结构条件下短路电流的水平,并考虑区域内风电场分布和电网新能源承载力问题,研究不同新能源出力时短路电流变化原因与趋势。为了限制系统短路电流水平,保证新能源的外送消纳,从加装主变压器中性点小电抗、网架结构调整及运行方式安排等方面展开讨论分析。研究结果表明,750kVYD变电站220kV母线分列运行及附近新能源汇集站线路改接优化将有利于短路电流的有效控制,为解决新疆电网新能源的外送消纳和YD地区短路电流超标问题提供参考。
Xinjiang power grid presents the characteristics of large voltage difference and power-intensive access. With the close connection of the electrical connection of the 750 kV grid structure in Xinjiang power grid, the problem of excessive short-circuit current level at 220 kV level is becoming more and more serious. The short? circuit current level under the grid structure conditions in the YD area of Xinjiang in 2018 and 2019 is compared and is analyzed, and the distribution of wind farms in the area and the new energy carrying capacity of the grid is considerd, and the causes and trends of short-circuit current changes in different new energy sources are studied. In order to limit the system short-circuit current level and ensure the delivery of new energy, The installation of the main transformer neutral point small reactance, grid structure adjustment and operation mode arrangement are discussed and are analyzed. The research results show that the 220 kV busbar split operation of the 750 kV YD substation and the optimization of the new energy pooling station line will be beneficial to the effective control of the short-circuit current, in order to solve the problem of the new energy supply in Xinjiang grid and the shortcircuit current in the YD area. The problem is provided as a reference.
