摘要
由于气象、地址灾害的不确定性,增加了应急抗灾过程的复杂性。建立了包含三个状态的全过程模型,为配电网快速复电提供了有力支撑。第一阶段为正常运行状态,实时监测电网防灾调度系统的数据,并引入复杂网络理论用以评估网架的脆弱性;第二阶段为预警状态,包含孤岛划分、匹配抢修小队与故障任务并制定抢修小队的预算与出发时间,制定灾前分配预案;第三阶段为故障抢修复电阶段,根据不同的复电需求建立协同的抢修复电模型。通过IEEE 69节点系统进行算例仿真,验证了该策略的可行性。
Because of the uncertainty of meteorological and address disasters, this feature increases the complexity of emergency disaster response process. Under this background, the whole process model including three states is established, which provides a strong support for the rapid replication of distribution network. The first stage is normal operation state, real-time monitoring of the data of power grid disaster prevention and dispatching system, and introducing complex network theory to assess the vulnerability of the grid structure;the second stage is early warning state, which includes islands division, matching emergency repair teams and fault tasks, and formulating the budget and departure time of emergency repair teams, making pre-disaster allocation plans;the third stage is failure repair and restoration stage. Collaborative research on fault emergency repair and power supply recovery is conducted. Collaborative emergency repair model is established according to different demand for power restoration. Finally, an example of IEEE 69 bus system is simulated to verify the feasibility of the strategy.
