摘要
从低碳视角下引入农业碳汇作为期望产出指标,运用以农业碳排放量为非期望产出的超效率SBM模型,测算2007-2016年长江经济带农业生态效率并分析其时空分布,然后通过Tobit回归模型考察农业生态效率的影响因素。研究结果表明:长江经济带所有地区农业生态效率均未能长期达到有效值,各省份及上、中、下游区域存在显著差异,但总体呈现逐渐上升趋势。农业经济水平、农业公共投资、农业劳动力教育程度、农业机械化、政府规制和技术进步对农业生态效率具有正效应,农业化学化则具有负效应。
Introducing agricultural carbon sinks as expected output index from a low carbon perspective,using super-efficient SBM model with agricultural carbon emissions as unexpected output,the paper calculates agricultural eco-efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2007 to 2016,and analyzes its spatial and temporal distribution,then Tobit regression model was used to investigate the influence factors of agricultural eco-efficiency.The research results show that the agricultural ecoefficiency of all areas in the Yangtze River economic belt failed to reach the effective value for a long time,there are significant differences among provinces or cities,and also in upstream,midstream and downstream,but the overall agricultural ecoefficiency showed an upward trend.Agricultural economic level,agricultural public investment,education level of agricultural labor force,agricultural mechanization,government regulation and technological progress have positive effects on agricultural eco-efficiency,but agricultural chemistry has a negative effect.
